Diversion Treatment Services
Achieving Community Enrichment
About
There’s a new way to look at changing behaviors...and...
YOU!
We provide evidenced-based treatment programs designed to effectively reduce recidivism, and ways for adults and teens to examine themselves and their personal goals, along with the methods to reach those goals.
More Specifically,
Functioning as a distinct program from ACE Community Support CORE Services, ACE Diversion Treatment is an NCTI approved program with a focus on providing services to adolescents, juveniles, and adults, and those who have experienced legal consequences as a result of past behavior.
The ACE Diversion program approaches its consumers with a "What's going right with you?" concept, instead of "What's wrong with you?", in order to begin a positive relationship with each individual, with the efforts of exploring that individual's personal and life goals. We then use those positive goals to plan effective treatment and to redirect them towards strategies in attaining those goals.
ACE Diversion / NCTI
ACE has adopted the evidence-based curriculum from The National Curriculum & Training Institute (NCTI), which is geared towards reducing recidivism among adolescents and adults who have experienced issues such as bad checks, domestic violence, substance abuse, larceny, truancy, and legal custody. Since 1981, NCTI has been developing and providing evidenced-based, offense specific curricula directed towards changing behavior. Based on NCTI's philosophical and practical approach called the "Building Blocks for Behavioral Change", ACE is able to provide its clients with more effective services, with impressive results.
ACE Diversion, through NCTI, offers two basic curriculums with a host of individual and group skills trainings that are effectively designed to evoke group discussions, reflect on self-image and personal goals, and move towards behavior modification.
